Eddie Massa joined Riverway Title Company’s Business Development Team in August 2019, bringing with him extensive experience across real estate, marketing, and hospitality. He began his career in real estate as an Analyst, specializing in residential and commercial property appraisals at Intech Appraisals and Butler Burgher Group.

Prior to joining Riverway Title Company, Eddie spent over 18 years in the hospitality industry, playing a key role in the development, launch, and growth of numerous successful hospitality concepts throughout the Houston area. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Houston and applies his academic foundation to drive strategic, results-oriented initiatives.

In addition to his role at Riverway Title, Eddie is the owner of Ecstatic Houston Consulting, a marketing and business consulting firm providing tailored solutions for the real estate and hospitality industries. Through his consultancy, he helps brands strengthen their positioning, increase visibility, and execute effective growth strategies.

In 2020, Eddie founded The Real Estate Social, a platform designed to foster meaningful connections and share industry insights within the real estate community. He remains actively involved in several Houston-based organizations, including HAR YPN and the Women’s Council of Realtors Houston.

Eddie is also a prominent Instagram influencer with a following exceeding 500,000, recognized for creating premium content that showcases Houston’s real estate market and lifestyle.
